A great and unique experience! The course is challenging with a variety of shots. Lots of elevation change. Most fairways are wooded. Cement/wood deck with turf tee pads. New Chainstars. Temporary tee signs. Dog friendly. NOT CART FRIENDLY. Bring water and bug spray.
Great campground, beautiful beach, nice platform tents, kind people, free mini golf, great play areas
We attended with a church group and our visit was fantastic. Thank you so much!
We stayed four nights and five days in the new "Log" Cabins in the North Camping Area. The cabins were beautiful, dry and comfortable. Two of them had a wall dividing the sleeping area and the dining/living area (#1 and #3), the middle cabin (#2) is one large room. There is a counter with a small refrigerator underneath against the front wall. There are also plenty of electrical outlets so bring your chargers, a "rustic" log table for eating or play cards and somewhat comfortable beds depending on how firm you like your bed. The showers are just a short walk away. There are plenty of activities (basketball, tether ball, biking trails, and mini golf). A narrow beach is just a short hope over the dunes (stairs will take you there) and you will find enough room to set chairs and a beach tent. The staff was courteous and helpful, the atmosphere was restful. Highly recommend this camp for anyone looking to get away.
To summarize, I did NOT want to leave!!! I loved this campground! The manager was so kind, the grounds are beautiful and the beach is gorgeous!!!! This one is a keeper and I will definitely be back!
