Can’t say enough great things about this place! The staff were so good to us. Like insanely good. The people working there are so accommodating and understanding. Campsites are beautiful with lots of mature trees throughout. We rented an RV and it was immaculate and so well kept. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service like I've never experienced camping. Campground was clean, fire pit was cleaned out, unexpectedly nice bathrooms and showers, firewood bundle delivered to my site. One thing I've never seen before: the firewood bundle had the perfect mix from kindling to yule log. Was able to text the owners questions during off-hours, like asking for the wifi password. If you forgot anything, the store has a nice selection of items, reasonably priced. The hand-made scented soap smells amazing. The campsites were nicely wooded for privacy with some more-open spaces for larger groups. Kayaking was affordable. They even allow private kayaks, which isn't always the case elsewhere. And it's quiet, at the end of a small road, but convenient enough to main roads. The sparkling projected lights at the entrance were a delight, especially with the full strawberry moon shining through the trees behind them. SO much nicer than state or national parks. The new owners get it. They anticipate what campers want and have a laid back and helpful, service-oriented mindset.

Not only is the river beautiful but the owners are amazing! They make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and are also being respectful of their camp neighbors. This is the perfect spot for a girls weekend and or for the family trip as well. the bathrooms are clean with nice hot showers and the cutest little store. I popped a hole in my tube and they helped me repair it for free. My favorite spot to go! Already made reservations for next year :)

This was our 9th year here and it just keeps getting better! The new owners have really stepped it up and you can see how hard they are working! The new campers are great, the cabins are so cozy and kayaking is always so easy since they have a launch right there! I tell everyone about them and we will be back! Maybe before spring. Thanks for a great time!

This is by far one of my favorites of all time places to camp. The owners Dave and Amanda really put a lot of thought and effort into making the campground look great and feel like a safe place . Their on campsite has everything you may have forgotten and I mean EVERYTHING it’s perfect! Plus the Kayaks, Tube and Canoe rentals make all the difference, my friend group has gone the last 2 years and we again be there this July.! Thank you Paddle Brave for giving us great memories!
