The staff i met there was kind and helpful. There were too many campers with lights off every kind, music, out door theatre and live action role play...deep into the night. No peace and quiet. The pool had so many people that all you could do was stand in it. Great lake access but very loud with music blaring art concert sound level. The staff at the boat rental was nice.

My kids attend camp at Lake Francis Resort every Summer and have a blast! The cabins are cute and perfect for groups. There are tons of activities and spots to hang out.

It's pretty, the lake is fun, they have a lot of things to do and rent, basketball, soccer ball skimming pool. Free showers, I gave it 3 stars because the campsite are all super close together and they do not enforce the curfew, super loud music and partiers screaming until 3am we had to go buy earplugs to get sleep. Also, C1 is a horrible spot right under the street lamp so it's daylight in your tent all night.

Our campsite was $85/night. The pool was out of order. The bathrooms were out of order. The ice cream shop wasn’t open. There were port a potties and they were clean but at $85/night I was expecting some amenities. The lake was beautiful, we had fun kayaking and there’s an island in the middle of the lake with a rope swing. It was fun but way too expensive for what we got.

The staff here is amazing. I come here sometimes twice a year every year. I've tent camped and more recently began renting the cabins. The premium cabins are really nice. The best one is the Tamarack. It's a beautiful place to get out into nature and close to Sacramento. Lots of stuff for kids too. Pool, lake, pool table, ice cream shop, baseball field, volleyball. Just a really great place to camp.
