Jantzen Beach RV Park

this is the nicest rv park ive been to, and ive seen a decent bit. the spots have a decent amount of space and are all separated by plants. the whole area is really nice and clean. there seems to be a lot of long time residents who have really cute decorations and makes it feel like youre coming into a little community. not sure what all these complaints about noise are. there are planes flying by but they are infrequent and its rare that they are very loud. would definitely recommend this place!! plus the rates are very reasonable

Nice Park, but I have to agree with the post about the management being not that friendly. We have stayed here several times in the past decade since we retired and hit the road after living in this area for 40 yrs. It is a beautiful Park,but not managed well. If you ask me, they are trying to treat quests as if they were employees,very impersonal and not something a retired person needs to tolerate.

I keep hoping every time we try it that the Park will have a better feeling, but after reading these reviews , maybe it's time to shake things up...

The Park is Beautiful, just not welcoming and that is not fun.

The two stars i gave are dedicated to Sharon, the lady that works the front desk .She is so very sweet and as helpful as she can be without the manager Erika breathing down her neck ,I witnessed this personally. I currently reside here at the park and have provided Erika with my letter of intent to file a lawsuit against her , and the Parent company Lautrec the parent company of Jantzen Beach Rv park as well as their business manager George Lowry , the president of Lautrec Ltd James Galbraith and registered agent Ralph Thompson. I did in fact have a train reaction of set backs in the last few months and they did in fact cause for me to get behind on my rent , however please make no mistake , the misconduct of Erika Furin the manager of the park and her disregard for the Oregon Revised Statutes , state local and federal laws had already taken place and I had planned to with hold rent until she cured the violations. Ive since gotten back on track and have had an escrow account set up and have deposited my past due rents into it as part of my good faith and in case of further proceedings that possibly land into the court register if my demands are not met by the deadline in which i gave for response in my demand letter. Ive seen alot of reviews similar to what im experiencing , sadly though i have not found anything in public records showing anybody has stood up for themselves and held her accountable. Im very much sure that she has no idea how badly she messed up choosing me as one of her targets.

The grounds keepers are ridiculous ,they consist of individuals driving their carts around , even off the property , parking them and doing nothing ,or they seem to all pile into a particular mobile home during work hours. There is this one girl who is just an extremely unpleasant person that seems to be on that fentenyl. They literally do nothing. the only work that gets done are done by outside contractors who come and blow and pick up all the leaves. The dumpsters blow my mind with so much over flow of garbage and surrounded by peoples broken , worn out and junk house hold items. 3 years ago when i was doing traveling health care during the pandemic i stayed here and it was way different .Im telling you now though things might just start to change for the good though if new management comes on and after they see who they chose to dance with the outcome just may result in that. As of now spare your self and if possible find another spot.
