Super unfortunate. We came in on Friday, there is a bees nest in the fire pit in an area I can’t get to without spray. We notified the camp host after our daughter was stung - nothing. Waited until 7pm the next night to ask again and was greeted with an angry response and nothing done. Major bummer because we are local and love to camp local.
Sweet swimming spot just on the other side of the bridge. Perfect launch for rafting or floating down river and family friendly.
Pretty cool place the police are always there and it cost money to park about 8 dollars for all day. It is a pretty good place to go rafting at or inner tubing
There's so many places you can start and end. So much fun! Be safe and wear a life jacket or at least have one nearby. An oar is a great help. There's some rocky areas, so watch your butt! There's also 1 or 2 crazy rapids that can flip you, so be careful. Don't litter!! Some areas will provide you with a yellow trash bag. Be safe and have fun!
