Great stop, clean, no low trees, grass for dogs, nice owner. Do yourself a favor and stop here rather than any of the Fort Smith parks. We are a 45ft Class A towing a car. Easy in and out to I-40.

We stayed 3 nights at this location. It was very nice. The internet was great. The customer service was amazing. It is clean and very quite . I would definitely recommend this RV park. If we are back in the area we will stay here again.

I stayed at ivy cove for almost a month. The location is perfect. Close to everything but just far enough away. The staff were beyond awesome!! The owner was very respectful and very attentive to any of my concerns. The facility itself was very clean, quiet and easy to access. Very family friendly with a nice playground. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for over night or long term. I will definitely return.

Very clean and convenient to get to. The showers were very nice. Some people posted the sites were tight to get into. We have a 26' pull behind and had zero problems. There were SuperB class and Class A's and they didn't have any problem either. The grounds are really nice with solar lights to guide you to showers, picnic table at each site. We were only there one night and we highly recommend!

Great RV park for an overnight stop while traveling I40.

Staff is very helpful.

Sites are a bit narrow but very adequate for a one night stay.

Access off of I40 is easy and short.

Even while being close to I40, the park is quiet with little road noise.

Finally, the cost is quite affordable.
