Nishna Bend Rec Area

Beautiful view of the wildlife and landscape. Cabins are heated and air conditioned, bathrooms not far away. My family and I had a great time in the loft cabin

2nd year of camping here for the Halloween event, we are having so much fun and laughter. Yes it’s cold but I love to camp anytime of the year. If you haven’t ever camped for this event, don’t miss out it’s so much fun! Wonderful Park and I Love the people in charge💕

This group of ponds has a variety of fish. Bass, crappie, catfish, bluegill, carp, bullhead, and the back low setting small pond I saw gar if you want a harder to catch fighting fish. There has been snapping and soft shell turtles there. There are cabin rentals and boat docks. Access to Nishna Botna river. Good variety overall.

My son and I had a perfect lunch stop and short walk here.

Nice trails. The campground is closed for the season, but you can still enjoy the peaceful area
