This was our third stay at Decorah High Point Cabins. We were able to stay in Magnolia this time - what a treat! Each cabin we have stayed in has been clean and has had everything we needed during our stay. The cabins are in a beautiful, remote setting that is very quiet. I will be booking again for next fall!
Truly an amazing experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. We stayed in the Emerald Ash and it was just gorgeous, definitely interested in staying in the others as well. The cabin truly looks even better in person and it has gorgeous views. Very clean, amazing service and great location. It is easy to find as well and the different cabins are clearly marked. Seriously go!!!
Loved EVERYTHING! I’m a tough critic, as a corporate event planner, I am experience driven. All details were well thought out. We couldn’t have had a better time! Girls weekend was a success, we loved Aspen so much, we didn’t even leave on day 2, which was planned to be our exploring/shopping day! The hot tub, comfy furniture, deer in the backyard, beautiful Christmas decorations, etc. kept us there, relaxing and enjoying our time together! Definitely recommend- can’t wait to go back!
The Aspen cabin is a beautiful, secluded cabin with a great view. Be prepared to see lots of wildlife, including whitetail deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds. (But don’t be concerned…they won’t bother you!) The cabin is very clean and well-maintained. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have the basic necessities. The hot tub was a nice perk! It was a treat to watch the sunrise from the hot tub. I have stayed here twice now and highly recommend it!
Stayed at the Emerald Ash cabin and it was so beautiful and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Loved the staging of the cabin in Christmas decor and had everything we could have ever needed. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will be for sure coming back again! Spent one evening going out to eat at the Rubiyat Restaurant and it was a quick 25 min drive into Decorah and it was very nice and delicious. Highly highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come again!
