This peaceful primitive campground includes a picnic shelter, pit toilet and fishing access to the Little Cedar River. Purchased in 1966, this park is managed for camping, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.
Located in the northeast portion of Floyd County, 2.5 miles west of Colwell.
Mowed flat fields good for playing, beautiful woods alongside the Cedar River, Picnic tables, swings, merry-go-round, clean outhouses, peaceful, $10 primitive camping, it was very green in May-June 2019, but due to all the rain it was muddy in spots.
