Head west out of Swea City on Highway 9 for 3 miles, then turn north on county road P20 and continue for 8 miles until you enter the park.
Good walking trails, fun to fish when the carp are there. Iowa Lake has better camping.
Not much to say about this place green grass next to the water. picnic tables they did have some electricity and The drinking water tasted questionable..
Nice peaceful place to kick back and relax, little hiking trail with a tree over 300 years old to checkout and some little treasures.
