The park is a camping park that is both beautiful and scenic. I enjoy the picnic areas and the fishing. If you enjoy bird watching or hunting wildlife with your camera this is a great spot.

Great camping and trails. Minus the straight line winds that wiped us out

Awesome spot to take a relaxing walk along the river. Also a great spot to take photos and appreciate the beauty of nature alone or with friends and family. One of my local favorites!

I really liked this park. Shady, clean and quiet.

Each site has 50/30/20 electric, fire pits , picnic tables. There's a couple of water spigots to fill up on the way in, and a dump station on the way out.

A very clean, quiet, very well maintained and relaxing place to camp. I very much enjoyed how wooded the area was. Easy to access from the main road. Waverly is just a few minute drive to all you might need if you forgot something at home and needed to stock up. Not too far on gravel to get to the campground. That road is also very well maintained and safe. An interpretive trail to hike, and others. Access to waterways. Shower and bathroom areas clean and very well kept. Dump station is also easy to use. Firewood available, free will donation. Many sites to choose from. Even tent sites that have electric hook-ups! No, water, but public water access points to fill your camper tank. We choose a site that was nearly all surrounded by the woods. Happy Camping (or Glamping ;-) )
