Nice park. Camping is only $14.00 per night. Great nature trail for the kids. No showers or flush toilets. Close to a Casey's store.
I camped here for a few nights. It's nice and quiet. However, it is close to the street. They do have a launch to the Iowa River.
It was a good little spot to camp at. They have electricity, fire rings, & picnic tables at each site and the have a huge port-a-potty that was clean. The only downside I can think of is that it is near a highway so you can hear the traffic during the day but it wasn't too bad.
Marshall county is keeping it mowed. Not checking on the fire rings to clean them out. 2 signs down by the river are unreadable due to poster placed over. Lots of dead limbs hanging in trees. 18 camp sites electric 30/50. Otherwise its a quiet campground with access the the Iowa River. It does have a mowed walking path
Nice small campground and park. No hookups and limited water. Power available at all sites. Restrooms were limited to a couple of porta-potties.
