I loved the trails and walking the stream

Very fun family camping

I used to come here a lot as a kid but have moved out of the area. It was great getting the chance to visit. The park has added another ball diamond, camping and an observatory. Hopefully I can get a visit in while these things are open. Everything was closed while we were there, but we had a lot of fun anyway. They also have hiking trails, a pool and several playgrounds.

Lots of bugs and a few pieces of random trash in the kiddie pool. However I loved that there was a locked gate around it. The big pool was really nice and clean. The bathroom stalls are extremely small and for someone with a little one trying to change them before and after swimming was difficult. The floor in the bathroom was also questionable. But honestly none of those things were a big deal at the end of the day, just a heads up to others going for their first time.

There for a birthday party, the pavilion and attached restrooms were clean.
