Have stayed here last February and this February (2022 & 2023). The newest part of the park is quite nice, however the older area has a lot of long term rentals and we have noticed a decline in the overall park in just the past 12 months, with multiple police visits into the park and troubling exchanges at the laundry with unstable residents.
When the prices are applied as per the rates given, it is a very cost effective park to stay at. However there are pricing irregularities that neither staff nor the park manager care to discuss when asked.
I would advise you to get a printed invoice at checkin or within 1-3 days after and take a photo of your site’s electrical meter to have a record of its reading at the start of your stay. I have experienced being charged for electric after the fact when I was told that it was included at arrival and check in.
Very doubtful that we will return a third time based our observations, experiences and staff interactions from this year.
Great RV park, quiet and clean. Wind blows and you have a breeze in the afternoons. Some spaces are better than others depending on your rig/coach. We have a class A with a slide and couldn’t back any further because of the pole on our big slide side meaning we had to park our vehicle in their clubhouse parking. The gate code changes every/other Tuesday and they didn’t tell us-luckily a resident was coming in at the same time.
Always a pleasure to stay here. Super easy to book and the location is just perfect. The park is nice and clean and the bonus for us is the dog park.
Affordable, easy on the eyes, usually quiet, good but not over the top security, friendly staff and, even though residents come and go, most of the residents are very friendly.
Very surprised this is a Sun RV property. More like an old KOA turned trailer park. There are two newer nicer rows with concrete pads and fake grass but that is only 10% of the park. The remaining consisted of permanent Indio residents that have kids, living in older rv’s, Modular’s, and mobile homes. Don’t stay here
