Ghetto place not real clean not real dirty in between and no one has any kind of respect people breaking into cars and mobile homes no real security one or two cameras in whole trailer park and everyone including those who come there to steal or deal drugs know where the camera are at so they use them for there own benefits. Horrible place to live rent is high and getting higher even with the pandemic. The pool is closed because of the pandemic but we are not allowed to have a small pool during summer. No fireworks are allowed. I was expecting them to be easier on the rules since with covid going around and not being able to go to firework shows they would let use have fireworks. We can’t even have a chair on the porch because you’ll get a complaint in the mail.

I love it here, it's the best place and friendliest place I've gone too. Couldn't get better👋

Very nice and quiet .. very clean mobile homes with lots of room .. love it
