On the corner of Cross St., Devonshire & Lyon. From Florida Ave. (Hwy. 74), go north. Park is located in the second block of Lyon Ave. & Devonshire.
Nice seniors mibile community. Indoor jacuzzi .Pool. Pets are kept close watch on. Gated community. Good security.
Generally least expensive space rent. The overall keeping of each mobile's care is problematic. Quite clickey with recreational aspects. Dogs not allowed to walk with owners. The new manager is quite wonderful to deal with. This has a high crime area outside the walls of this park.
They are bullies, residents and management alike, they have unconstitutional, ludicrous rules, an elite few are not bothered while everyone else is threatened with eviction over things normal people do on a daily basis. This is a place to go if you miss the high school dynamic and want to die not living the way you want, and alone because your family can't come take care of you, especially if it's more than one person. Grandparents cannot leave up play equipment to be used during a visitation, unless your are one the elite few, then your grand kids can live with you over a year with no repercussion.

Edy, the manager, went above and beyond when he found out we had no gas because of tenting. And one of the neighbors was sweeping up what the movers had left behind. When I went outside to apologize and thank him, he just shrugged and smiled, and said he knew we were busy inside. So far, a really terrific experience!

I am so happy I moved here. Its very peaceful quiet community.
I read these posts and I am so glad I paid no attention to these previous posts. My Manager is so Kind and caring and her assistant so wonderful and supportive. The maintenance team are very professional. I could not believe the beautiful neighbors that reside here. I would recommend any one to move here. I love my sweet home. I fast walk around my complex and I love how well are complex looks!! Adorable!!
