Old park. Work in progress. But nice on river... Lots of big rigs & close to town
Good spots 4 allowed for off highway use. Should be used by local tax payers. Its a east peoria park not state campground
I walk my dogs here. There are plenty of safe spots and tiny beach areas to let a dog swim in the river, which is very shallow.. Its, a safe area, usually full of elderly travelers outside there RV. There are unique trails as well connecting to other parks in the east side of the river.
Great lil spot quite and good ppl here have tent spots and camper spots
