We went for a Father's Day and family camping trip, and had an emergency. The campground was within a decent time frame to the ER! Thank goodness!!

Anyway, the water wasn't far from camp for everyone to enjoy which was wonderful for swimming and fishing access! The outhouse facilities were cleaner than expected...thank you!

Oh yes, town is super close in case people forgot "this" or "that," especially camping for four days! (Ice is important in 90 degree weather!!!)

This is our second year as a large group of family members to camp at Donnelly Campground, and I am sure our group will return!

I will ask though that Reserved signs be put closer to the road, or entrance, to an area because we had to ask several people (this year and last year) to leave our Reserved grounds.

Great campground right on the lake. I think we were the only ones there except for the host. No hook ups but it has a bathroom. We loved it. Very peaceful and relaxing

Great camp ground, nicely cared for and two swimming beaches. No water, or trash service but near town and right on the lake. Better than then NFS campgrounds not quite as nice as the State campgrounds around the lake. Would stay here again!

Dirtiest fire pit we had on a campground with a camp host. Nobody seems to take care although you pay for the campground. But the views were great for one overnight.

This campground is mere moments from Donnelly city center. Which I believe is why it's almost always empty when we go. Spring, summer, fall. No matter the time of the year we have found it less busy than its counterparts spread around Lake Cascade.

Each of the spaces are generous in sizing, most easily fitting a small RV or Camp Trailer. Being close to town, the facilities and spaces are well maintained. Not far from the campground is Boat access. If you forget or need something for your stay the markets and gas stations not too far down the road are well stocked.

Now even though it is close to Donnelly, it is just far enough away to feel like you are hundreds of miles from the next person.
