A very nice dispersed camping area in Hells Canyon. The camping area offers river (lake) access and a couple of very clean pit toilets.

Free dry disbursed camping on the reservoir and a clean bathroom. As always with campgrounds, you should arrive when there is still light so you can see your options. There are 4 entrances off the main road. We took the 2nd and got one of two flat spaces against the trees on the water. Beautiful. I had brought gloves and a garbage bag so we spent some time cleaning up the area before we left. Rivers and drinking can result in trash. Leave campsites cleaner than you find them.

Nice boondocking place. Each location has a great view and a clean vault toilet for use.

Don't forget to check out the visitors center.

Great unimproved camping area. Very quiet. Pit toilet. Bring your own water. Some sites don't have shade.

Nice rustic dry camping. A bit rugged but good elbow room.
