Huckleberry, Buttercup, West Mountain, Poison Creek and Poison Creek Boat Ramp Area: Are all on the west side of the lake. The easiest way to reach this is through Donnelly. Turn west on Roseberry Rd., off of Highway 55. Turn south (left) on West Mountain Rd. Huckleberry will be the first campground you reach and it will be on the east (left) side of the road. The other campgrounds are further south, within a few miles of each other, and also on the east (left) side of the road.
My family and I come to this specific campsite every couple years. It always meets our expectations. The bugs aren't bad, the lake is a very short distance from the campsites, and there are bathrooms available. Good for both tent camping and trailer camping. Although there are no hookups for water or electricity, there is central water where you can fill up. The directors are very nice and understanding.
It's a beautiful RV camping spot on the edge of Lake Cascade. There are bathrooms, picknic areas, fire pits, potable water. There are no RV hookups.
Nice place, Was full , hosts are nice. There was a couple spots with a large gathering & partied till 2:AM .I don't mind those things on a weekend.
Some spots are huge some spots are small.
Host sells firewood for $5.00 a bundle
Not all the same size tho so get it early.
4 out of 5 bars of service. Nicely kept grounds, lots of flat areas for tents. Lake is an easy walk away. Campfire circle with grill that can be put up and put of the way. Parking spot big enough for 2 cars.
