This is a small developed site with shade, boat launch, and six campsites with tables and fire rings on the Lower Salmon River. BLM recreation sites attached to this stretch of river are Island Bar, Lucile, Old Lucile, Shorts Bar, Skookumchuck, White Bird, Hammer Creek and Pine Bar. 10 miles south of Whitebird, Idaho, Highway 95
Camping $10 per night per camper/$4 per additional vehicle not in tow per night. Camping only allowed at designated camp sites. Federal Interagency Access Pass provides for a 50% discount off the campsite fees.
Nice area, some noise from the highway but mostly quiet.
Pretty cool little spot but too bad I own the whole thing so no one else is allowed to use it.

This site has the cleanest, nicest pit toilets I've ever seen!
Very nice place. Has day picnic area. It has a few camp spots for $12.00 a night.
