Beautiful property, Heated\ airconditioned private bathhouse, Laundromat, WIFI, Pool, Easy in Easy out, FHU pull thrus , Back 'ins ,30 and 50 amp service. Spacious Concrete slab sites with beautiful shady trees and grass . Fire pits and picnic tables at each site. Sell firewood, Just a quarter mile off Interstate 75 exit 404. But tucked back into the beautiful wilderness. Cant see or hear interstate noise. Quite and clean, all newly remodeled park. A definite must see. Always open. Pet friendly, Big rig friendly, located just minutes from beautiful springs, river , and downtown. Great shops and restaurant's . Minutes from U of F , And Gainesville racetrack. Plenty of fun for the whole family!!!!

We are extremely happy with our stay here at High Springs RV Resort. Clean facilities and grounds! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for changes I had in my schedule. Will definitely be staying with them again when we are back in town for the conference.
The park has more than half of the spots have full time trashy trailers with junk all over. The site was paved but not level 6 in off that made the stairs high off the ground. The bathrooms are new but my campers shower is bigger. The water in the shower runs cold. Nothing in the area to do you need to drive 25 miles the small town restaurant are very expensive. Will not return.
Great stop on our way to Orlando. We were early for our trip to Orlando and needed a place to camp for the night. High Springs was right off the interstate and easily accessible - but the best part was their customer service. They were soooo very nice with each interaction - booking, checking in, and checking out. They are also working on paving all of their sites - and we had one of the newly paved ones and it was very nice. There are some long-term stay people - but there were also lots of us just there for a few days. They told us they will continue paving the rest of the campground in the spring. I want to return next year and stay longer so I can explore the area and the springs.
