Great park. Great owners. They go out of their way to make your stay great. Read the low reviews. They are obviously from people that "needed to go" or before the new owners took over. Safe place.

Don't hesitate to stay here. We will again on our way back.

We stayed here in March 2021 for a week as a stop over between west Texas and Austin! The new owners are making a ton of improvements around the park and you can tell they care about the park and the guests (long and short term)! We work during the week and the cell service worked really well for our hotspot (Verizon and AT&T). There was a music festival that weekend and the owners cooked up breakfast burritos and coffee for the park guests. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and right in town, just off the main road. Convenient for visiting the museums, shops and lake but doesn’t feel like you’re in town. New owner has been making non stop improvements and is soon opening the community house with laundry and other amenities.

Brady is a Verizon dead zone.

Short term sites as well as long term availability plus 2 guest houses for weekend or extended stays when available.

Stayed Jan2nd to Feb2nd 2024. So glad we did! The perfect little park to stay at in this Texas town. The opportunity presented itself to enjoy walks and yoga with campground owner and was really appreciated. Lots of help with directions and information if needed. Liked the closeness to all stores and a few day trips from here too. People in Brady are very nice.
