Great place to unwind after a day of work!
To fish, to soak up the sun, take the boat out...very quiet and peaceful place!
I was surprised to find a nature trail so called. It was short but well maintained. The camping areas are in good shape and thank God there is water in the lake!
$5 a night not sure how many camping spots but I would say at least a good 10 and when I was there only one other group of camper and they far enough away you could hear them talking a little bit at night but it was awesome I basically had the lake to myself at night and during the day there were people fishing, but nobody right up in your campsite ☺️
Nice place to stay. Just above primative camping. Outdoor toilets but byop :). Covered picnic tables and cast iron grills at each site. Level ground is a challenge to find. Sites are on our near reservoir. Colorado River damned up to make reservoir I think. Run by Colorado River authority. Quiet enjoyable place. Good cell signal made it easier with Google maps to follow roads.
Really enjoyed this little area. Too cold
For camping this trip but will definitely be back. Very clean. No showers about the only downside. But there are restrooms so that’s always a plus.
