From Jct I-20 (exit 115) & FM-1882: Go 3-1/2 mi N on FM-1882 (County Rd W) (R).
This is a rv park.
I don't live there, a friend does.
But I visited a lot.
Most of the lots are fenced in on 2 sides, and a lot of them have fence on 3 sides.
The lots are clean, and many have shade trees.
It quite, and easy living there.
The laundry room is clean and well kept.
With restrooms, so you don't have to leave.
The maintenance team are excellent.
If you have a issue. They are quick to get it took care of.
And most of all, the cost of a lot. Is equal to or even lower than a lot of other parks.
If you are looking for a nice park, I highly recommend this place.
They moved me from my workplace and I left the parking lot 2 days before my contract expired. It's not just that they didn't want to return my deposit just because I had to notify 30 days before. But when they were informed about the washing machines that were all dirty, full of grease, they ignored that and about the WiFi that doesn't even work... there are other places nearby that are cheaper and with electricity included
It's a ok park usually quiet at night other than sirens going by constantly, there is a lot of run down RV here and clutter for price paid its. Not worth it. RV next to me has 2 dogs and cat they yap and fight all night long there always trash out side place run down fence etc.
What a great experience!! Georgia was very accommodating and allowed us to arrive very late (5 hours after the office closed). She ensured we knew everything we needed to know to set ourselves up. Highly recommend choosing this RV park!!
Nice and clean. Good location. Friendly community. The manager was very attentive. Two negatives: the laundry was old but workable; there were several barking dogs.
