Right off the bat....I want to state that the actual cabin itself was very clean, had 2 beds that were comfy, adequate bathroom with toilet/wash basin/shower, kitchenette with toaster, 2 ring electric burner plate, very small microwave and a decent apt. sized fridge.... the problem is not necessarily the interior of the cabin it's just the construction of the cabin and where it's located.... the walls are paper thin because I was able to listen to the conversations of the couple that were next door and their little cabin is separated by at least 10 ft...also at night when we were about to go to bed it sounded like a train was going right through our room....that wasn't the train it was just the traffic on Interstate 20....I imagine it's only about 25 to 30 yards from the cabins....it vibrated thru our cabin non stop....it was unbearable could not fall asleep wound up leaving early early the following morning... also contrary to the pictures and the description.... this is not necessarily an RV cabin park for tourists.....it's basically an RV cabin park for the Oil Workers and I think they're in lies the problem....it doesn't have to be nice or well appointed or have better quality cabins because it's there for a very needy audience and that's Oil Workers that are looking for a place while they work in the adjoining oilfields....

I write this review not necessarily to say that you shouldn't stay there but just to be forewarned that if you're looking for a nice place as a tourist passing through you might want to think about licking someplace else and I think this basically applies on most of the oil towns from Pecos thru Midland Texas.

Unit 32 was a cute little cabin, needs some new curtains and a little Maintenance at the door and porch. Toilet flooring needs replaced it wobbles and a good chance with the right weight on it would possibly cave through. Laundry was a plus, but due to it being an oil field area the machines were not clean or kept up, despite all the signs...

Still enjoyed my stay. Small fixes will make it better for the next time I get to stay.

Rent a cabin for 2 weeks because I work a 2 week hitch and 1 week off. I was working nights and sleeping during the day after the first week the owner/manager whoever started calling and texting me at around 8 am in the morning wanting to know if I wanted to extend my stay. I sent a text to him stating that I would get ahold of him when I woke up and pay for another week. I had to tell him that I would like some fresh towels and my bedding changed after the first week. I didn't think anything about it but when my phone started ringing and text messages started to come in this morning stating if I wanted to extend my stay. So when I got up I was looking and he had charged me for 2 weeks at 529.00 a week then I noticed that he charged me for an extra day at 106.99. So I called him and he tried to tell me that I had been there for 15 days when I only work 14 days. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When spending that kind of money you shouldn't have to ask someone for clean towels and bedding. I will sleep in my truck before I would ever stay at that place again.

While traffic was heavy in area, oil field, it was the most accommodating place I've stayed in awhile. Nice cabin with kitchen and bath. Heat worked so well didn't know it was -5 outside. Nice comfortable bed and place was clean. Free use of washers and dryers and free coffee ☕. Also pet friendly with a 60lb pitty bull dog. Excellent stay will be back.
