There more here than meets the eye. Not only do they have a variety of sites, but there things to do right in the park. There are suspension bridges and animals to visit. They have partial hookup or full hookup, 30 amp or 50 amps. They have a pool and game room as well as showers and laundry. They also have a river, and you can fish. But we didn’t so we don’t know the rules for fishing.

The owner used to visit his gramdpa on this farm and now he’s the gramdpa. And an all-around nice man. We have friends in the area and, when we visit, we’re staying here from now on. It’s clean, close, convenient and comfortable. And fun.

Two of the best things to do, in our opinion in the general area are the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum in Dayton (it’s FREE and it can take all day, so arrive early stay late) and the Levi Coffin House in Fountain City, formerly known as the “Grand Central Station of the Underground Railroad.” There’s lots to do from Grandpa’s Farm

Highly recommend taking your family for some good ol fashion family fun. There is a large playground for the kids, a heated pool for the family, walking trails and in the evenings they have bingo, and hay rides.

The owner and staff are super friendly making you feel welcomed. You can see the owner working on something all day a very hard working man to keep this place as nice as it is. We definitely will be back !

Don't be fooled by the photos....it barely resembles them. They pack in so many RVs, it's difficult to maneuver. There's a busy road 10 ft away so it was loud. We only used the laundry which was ok. If we ever return to that area, we will find somewhere else to stay.

Nice campground as far as friendly people, heated pool, playground, games/arcade area, etc. Bathroom facilities are older, but were clean and well maintained. The stalls are very small (in regards to the space between the toilet and the door, they are wide enough) and have the extremely short doors where if you’re over 5 feet tall you can easily see over the door.

Didn’t get 5 stars only because it is one of those campgrounds where you are literally packed in like sardines. We felt like we were closer to the campsite next to us than our own as far as fire ring and picnic table placement. They were less than 4 feet away from our camper when sitting at their picnic table. That said, because of this, everything is close by!

This park was very quite, not very many people on the weekend. And no one during the week. There is a nice trail, that takes about 20 minutes to complete. The trail takes you over water and by a cornfield and goats. The pool was extremely clean and very warm! They have a game room with ping pong, paid pool, paid air hockey and a few other paid games. The site I parked my camper was nice and level which is always a plus.

The quiet time is earlier than all other campgrounds that I have stayed at starting at 10PM even on the weekend. And it is enforced! We did not realize this the 1st night and my kids were asked to leave the park by the owner. Fires are to be out by 10! Sleeping was a bit tough as this campground is located on a busy road with Semi's and traffic all through the night. My camper was 20-30ft from the road so I could feel the semi's rumble by. I did not like that my fire pit was located on the opposite side of my camper by the sewage lines. It felt as if I was on another campsite when I was at my fire.
