Camping sites right on the shore gave beautiful views of the lake. The camping sites have a grill, fire ring, and picnic table. We enjoyed boating on this lake, and my husband caught some fish.

We have been here camping for Halloween the last two years. Last year was great. The bathrooms were clean, the event was organized, the hosts were attentive, and the campers were respectful. This year, we still had fun, but it was drastically different. No organization of the Halloween event except by the campers themselves, which was still great, but we were not made aware of this until we arrived. The bathrooms were gross the whole time. One shower didn't even work. There was not soap to wash hands for three days, despite telling the host when you could find them. Thank goodness we brought sanitizer. The 10pm noise ordinance was not enforced at all, and several camp sites got rowdy. Someone even got arrested. It was still beautiful, and after the crowd left, it was extremely peaceful. We may still visit, but we would definitely do it at a different time in a different way.

We had a fantastic experience at Elijah Clark State Park! The campground was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a memorable stay. The hiking trails were a delight, especially with our playful dog, Ace, by our side. Additionally, dining at Back Paddle Brewing nearby added a delicious touch to our visit. Highly recommend this gem for a rejuvenating outdoor getaway.

This park is a piece of heaven. We did walk the beach/ shore line and bike the roads. But just sitting and looking at the view would have been great. Bathrooms were clean. Some sites may be tight for our 30’ TT. But there were class A’s and fifth wheelers there. We will be back.

Adore Elijah Clark State Park in Florida! Massive forest by the Savannah River with stunning fall colors. Spacious sites, awesome views. Great for long walks. Only hiccup: not well marked—spent 40 minutes finding our spot and figuring out how to get in. Still, can't wait to return!
