From jct I-80 (exit 42) & SR-38: Go 100 yards N on SR-38, then 1/4 mi W on SR-208.
Nice campground, owners are very friendly. One weekend we got there and unloaded and jumped in car to go to another camper at other end of campground. No one saw us so when they saw lights they reported to office that no one was there. They came up and closed our door! That was awesome! Everyone looks out for each other. Definitely a great group of people!
Friendly staff, clean park. Seems to be several seasonal campers. They offer a small pool, game room and other amenities. Didnt see many people out and about. We did an overnight stay with 42' fifth wheel and she made sure to give us a level spot. Sites are a little close together but perfect for an overnight stay. The town is a small cute valley town. There are several places to eat. Easy access off Rt 80.
I would give zero stars if I could. I wouldn’t recommend this campground to anyone.
My grandmothers health went downhill fast, out of respect of my moms request, my husband called on September 19 to advise we would like to rearrange our reservations, the lady told him they could issue a voucher valid until October 2022.
Our camping season is done for the remainder of this year. I called to try and explain the situation, the manager Macee says to me “oh, are you the one with the dying grandmother?”
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful management, the owners never return my call that I requested from them.
All I wanted was a voucher for 2023 season since our campsite was already paid for.
DO NOT make reservations to this campground!! This campground is not accommodating to family emergencies, let alone a death in your family!!
Well I got a lot to say so plz read this if u wanna know about this camp! So me and and parents been camping at gaslight for 3 or 4 years it was fun I met people but it gotten worse they kicked out people left and right which soon enough we were kicked. But if u didn't know they have to have an notice and by state laws go to court to kick anyone out if necessary. But they don't follow the law at all, to go on they kicked us out because my mother so called ran over 50 people?? Like how does that happen huh?? Well it didn't but that's what the owners said for there excuse. I'm really disappointed in the camp owners my lil sister loved it there but hopefully this gets notice and the owners sued or shut down because they have broken a lot of laws for owning an campground
