We were looking forward to this trip for 2+ years as we had to reschedule our first planned trip. We watched all the videos on YouTube and IG to get ourselves and our two kids excited. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations at all.

The site is BEAUTIFUL and the views are amazing! We were in Dome 1 and the location was great. We hiked nearby trails and they were so fun and the waterfalls were awesome.

Our dome was dirty - cobwebs and dirt, long hairs on shower wall, and it stank so badly the entire time we were there inside the dome.

There was no virtual reality set as shown online, no fire pit spot on the side of the dome as shown, no s’mores welcome kit as shown (not a big deal at all, but we didn’t purchase the stuff for roasting s’mores because it was shown to be included) only 2 outdoor chairs (not 6 as shown online), and the hot tub was so dirty my daughter asked if it was filled with milk. The electric outlet outside for the lights was a huge hazard and dangerous to plug in.

We filled out the survey with this feedback after our stay and did not receive any response.

For the price, really disappointing. We’ve stayed in places priced comparably and had much better experiences. Not worth the premium price when there are so many other places with beautiful views in the area.

Very nice place to stay, quiet setting. Beautiful sunrise, nicely furnished and clean. We stayed in Dome 1, Eagle's Nest. There are several steps down to it, but very private. Pet friendly. Only negative is the fire wood would not burn, either not aged or the fact that the fire pit was not cleaned out and over a third filled with ashes, so no airflow as intended. Highly recommend, snowed lightly when we were there so didn't get to enjoy hiking the local waterfalls.

My husband and I just got home today from staying at Dome 2 to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary! We were there Fri-Sun. It was a surprise for my husband and I booked it over a year in advance. The location, comfort, views, and accommodations were all perfect! We spent the day hiking at Greeter Falls and went to Common John’s Brewing Company for some food and beer afterward, which I highly recommend! Great vibe, beer, and live music! We spent the evenings by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, and grilling out. The bed was comfortable. The sun was intense in the morning… I wish there would have been something to block the sun. We will definitely go glamping again… maybe check out another dome. My only complaint is that they only gave us less than 1/6 of a roll of toilet paper with no additional rolls provided. My husband had to go out the first night to get some toilet paper… and it wasn’t exactly close to the dome. Other than that, everything was great! I highly recommend! We had such a great weekend connecting and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Dome 1 in November. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the many other 5 star reviews.

First the positive. The location and views are excellent. Stargazing on a clear night is amazing. We also enjoyed the provided games.

The negatives:

1. Our dome was simply not clean. Dust, bugs dead and alive, a dirty shower, more dust, a filthy coffee maker, and a very dirty grill/brush. We honestly left the place cleaner than when we arrived. I can't fathom the $100+ cleaning fee that we were charged for our stay.

2. There was a leak in the dome. It rained on our first night and water was dripping onto the loft area and down the wall. Luckily we did not need the upper bed for our stay.

3. The hot tub ran the entire time. The lid for the hot tub is not properly secured. That amazing peaceful stargazing I mentioned above is disturbed by the humming and vibrations of the hot tub.

4. One of the outdoor electrical outlets was a hazard. Picture included.

I realize that this is glamping and not a high end hotel, but a total cost near or over $1000 for 2 nights, I don't think the cost matches the quality. The domes did change ownership a couple of weeks before our stay. Maybe things are improving but that was not our experience. We were offered 10% off a future stay which was laughable.
