Boyd, PJ and the crew are wonderful. We've been here over 2 months in our RV and they have been very attentive and helpful every time that we have had any interaction with them. They are always friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The park is a mix of RV's and cabins and everyone is just to visit with. They have potluck dinners monthly and several other festivities weekly. There is a nice pool and a playground. It's a great place to spend some time and enjoy the wonderful mountains. We'll be back.

Nice park. Gravel pull through lot for where we stayed. They had a nice creek, a small pond, a small pool, and a decent playground. The kids enjoyed the cool creek and the playground. It was too cold for the pool. They were willing to work with us some on getting in and out on our timeline as needed. We will be back!

I have a 5th wheel rv and spent the April 1- Nov 1, 2022 season here and loved it, so I left my rv for the winter and came back this year. Unfortunately, it's not a year-round campground. But it's a great location and many sites back up to a creek. Which the sound of water is so relaxing!! They also have a pond and a nice but small pool. Community fire pit, large covered picnic area and a playscape with lots of grassy area the kids can run around in. In the office area, they have a TV, DVD, Books, tables and chairs. The pool and office closes at 8, Laundry and showers are nice and available 24/7! Many stay all season, so mature community, which is quiet! This is not the party place! Unless you bring your own party.

This is a great RV park that sits on the edge of a creek. Boyd was very knowledgeable, helpful and made you feel like family. Plenty of room to walk your dog. They have a swimming pool and weekly activities for the people staying here. It is a very clean and kept park. It sits in a valley and has beautiful Mountain View’s.

While this campground is primarily occupied by seasonal guests, they are very welcoming to visitors. The atmosphere is very laid back. Mountain setting next to a Highway but the sound is drowned out by the relaxing sound of the creek. Campground pool construction is complete and pool is inviting and was never too crowded. We enjoy sitting around the community fire pit with other guests and getting to know our “neighbors”. The sites are on the smaller size but when you look at all the common areas available it doesn’t seemed cramped at all. Laundry and bathhouses were always clean. The close proximity to Dillsboro offers restaurants, breweries and shopping that are like none other.
