The upper half of the park had nice, reasonably level, concrete pads. Nice area for tent campers, playground for kids, and a pool. This area was well-kept. The lower half of the park seems to be dedicated for long-term occupants. I have no problem with long-termers, but the condition of their rigs and unkempt, junky nature of their spaces was not so nice. Although not the fault of KOA, they are located adjacent to a cattle pasture and when the wind blows from that direction, it's pretty foul.
Office and staff great, clean but sadly à huge smelly cattle feed lot is right next to the park. Horrible fly swarms and disgusting cattle waste smell. It was so bad we had to stay inside the camper in Sept. Will not return.
Rv site F02 not level at all. Picnic table covered in bird poop. Cow smell terrible park is near a feed lot. Flies and mosquitoes were horrible. Luckily we only stayed one night. Would not go back.
Worst KOA I've ever stayed. Bathrooms filthy, shower head broken, shower knob broken, shower stalls smallest ever, toilet fixtures rusted, grass is desert scrub is which has sharp prickers that hurts the dogs feet. Just keep driving.
