Located between Pueblo and Canon City on Highway 50, near milepost marker 293, 3 minutes east of Highway 115.
Been here almost 2 years. Floyd's a great landlord and his sense of humor is the best.
Lived there a few times loved it, it was a excellent experience people where very friendly & caring... Floyd the owner is the most loving big hearted man, he treats my husband & I like we are family.... I will always go there 1st..... .
Very quiet place and friendly manager who lives on site, not crowded and could be updated a little bit more, but our spot is very large with a garden bed, fence and lots of room for the cats and dogs to play, definitely recommend it
Hateful owner. No grass, just shale. Hard on my dogs paws. Would not recommend and would not return.
