Really misnamed. However, they did have a space available on very short notice. Rick was very nice and did call me when my water hose broke. However, they're at least $20/night overpriced and offer nothing more than a parking spot with power, water and septic. (Note to self: call around well in advance to get the best deal.) The park is difficult to get into off Chandler Blvd. There is some traffic noise, but otherwise the park is pretty quiet.
The most expensive RV park we have stayed. ($850/month) The owner Ricky charges every person different prices that he appears to make up off the top of his head. Some people pay less that have been there long term I'm sure.. He made us place a $100 deposit without any reason to it and has not responded to me since we moved out in hopes to get it in return. He seems like a nice guy but definitely hard to trust given our situation.
It's in the most run down part of chandler (fortunately chandler is pretty nice and we didn't feel endangered by any means but it is so loud you can't hold conversation outside if you're near chandler Blvd.)
Definitely would look elsewhere unless you're in dire need to stay for a couple nights.
Update. After a month or so I'm getting my deposit back.
The community is very clean and quiet! Mr. Rick his wife and son do an amazing job running and maintaining the site! Rick is very relaxed and understanding and goes out of his way to understand your situation and help out! Recommend to anyone looking for a spot for a few weeks or months. Taco spot right next store is amazing and located really really close to everything major in Chandler. Easy hook ups and access!
We travel for work all over the country and we called about renting a monthly space, it’s 1,350.00 monthly. So we got apartment close to the same price with 2 pools, sauna and a gym and alot closer to work. Even when we was working in the booming oilfield work we never seen a price like this. The highest was 800.00. We rode though the park and a lot of empty spaces and I see why!! We have other people wanting to rent a space too. Good luck on this price!! 45.00 a night basically!!
You want a nice place to park your RV while visiting Texas check this place out. Especially after they got rid of the manipulating narcissistic person that was renting a spot. Bye Marty Mendoza
