We enjoy going to Ferryboat. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I don't know how to park my camper & ask the office staff for help. Someone came to park my camper and did a fanatic job. He was very concerned about my child and I comfort. He didn't leave until the camper was just how I wanted it. Also, when I leave there's staff 7:00 A.M. ish to help me hitch it up. Bingo is the best!! You must learn how to say....SUDDEN DEATH!! best game ever. If you hate fun this isn't the place for you. Endless activities for kids & adults I could go on but I'll end it here.

This year was our 3d year visiting in July and we initially loved it so much that we invited more family to come along this time around and to our surprise the lady in the main office was racist the whole 3 days we stayed there. As well as spying on us and intimidating my little sister and other people in the area for defending us. Meanwhile everyone else was so nice (and also note they ARE pet friendly!), this experience has now changed our minds on visiting :(

We recently had a meet up of RV friends and stayed at Ferry Boat. We all brought varying rigs of different sizes and we were able to be near each other. The sites were clean and level. There were families camping with kids near us. It was a nice camp ground.

If you are there is a local restaurant, Old Trail Tavern, which has deliciously locally sourced food and spirits. We ate there twice during our stay, and the restaurant accommodated a large group. Definitely recommend!
