Friendly people, great location. The store had everything you could want. Although we were camping late in the season, we could see a beautiful pool, mini golf and a fishing pond. We stayed in the Savannah cabin. The website advertised free Wi-Fi. However, we had no Wi-Fi at our cabin which was right across the creek from the office. We also didn't get phone reception. We had to go to the office to check in with email and texts. The cabins needed some updates and so did the bathrooms. However, the bathrooms were very clean. There was a tub outside one of the bathrooms for dishes but the hot water tap had been removed. Dishwashing was done in the bathroom sink, sort of gross to have to do that.

We booked this campground based on location and amenities. It was for a reunion trip, where 15 of us would meet up. We had the Savannah Cabin which sleeps 6, 2 other large sites close by, and a few people in a “group site”. The staff handled all of my calls, and concerns with ease, as I was the organizer. The grounds are gorgeous. It’s a laid back vibe. The sites are spacious and private. The cabin was way larger than we expected. The store and bathrooms are some of the best I’ve seen. It’s reasonably priced and close to the sites we wanted to see. The location of the Rodeo is fun for a Saturday night and what a great pool, for when you get back from a hike! We overall had a great time and can’t wait to rebook!
