Falcon Meadow RV Campground

It’s advertised as a RV Campground, and the prices are good, but all the hookups are backwards and on the wrong side of their sites for Motorhomes. We were shocked this campground showed 4 star review online. The staff was kind, but the general “overall feel” of this campground is more like a run-down trailer place. There were boarded up areas on the various trailers and 5th wheels with personal items laying all around in messy piles. It’s also right on the side of a very busy thoroughfare Hwy. I would not recommend this as a clean RV campground. We ended up leaving and not even staying one night. The owner of Falcon Meadow Campground not being happy with our online review said he didn’t want our money and ended up refunding all our money. For the refund, we have changed this to a 2 star review from a 1 star but still feel this campground would do much better if they had their long-term residents keep the appearance of their sites to a higher standard. All other RV Campgrounds we have stayed at have rules in place to keep their parks from looking like a trailer park. Since this review we’ve been to many RV parks with long term residents and the grounds were so clean. The Owner of Falcon did not seem happy or content at all. Maybe a career change and something other than owning an RV park would bring him greater joy and peace.

The man came out after the girl working made an error (she was so sweet) and I was in the bathroom, he came screaming at my husband and my 8 year old child to get the f^+#% off his grass with our effing car and to effing do it now. (The girl had given us the wrong directions and said we could pull up on the grass while we unpacked all of our gear,) it wasn’t even five mins, My son was visibly shaken and scared by this old man, which honestly really made me mad. the kids working here were SO helpful and instantly offered to refund me. I am packing up now.

I do not recommend this place at all especially if you’re passing through during traveling and you’re exhausted. You could

This place is garbage. Do not waste your money on this man. He doesn’t deserve the business the way he treats those kids and his customers

I just happened upon this park, and I thought this would be a nice place to park our RV I drove around the park saw several empty spots. I thought it’s a nice country setting there’s green grass there’s beautiful trees it didn’t look dumpy like some RV parks do so I went in and I talk to the girl that was working there let me just say she wasn’t very nice just rude, I asked if they had any open spots. She rolled her eyes and told me that they are booked until a year from now. I understand that they have people that come in on vacations spend the night. But I didn’t feel that she had to be rude about it.
