This place is what you make it, the managers here and anyone helping them have been a true blessing to this park, nobody understands the load of work these managers have on them, they deserve a raise. I do think we couldnt have asked for any better people to manage here. Thanks for everything you do for this trailor park. And not only that but showing us that you guys are good people and are very caring and loving . You're just doing your jobs and that's the best you can do. Keep smiling and working hard. Proud of you all❤️

To whom it may concern I just wanted to say a few things about esquire estates park in castle dale Utah. My name is Josh Barnett and I was park manager for Carl and jenny Jacobson in this park from 2011 to 2015. It was a tough job but at the same time

very rewarding. I feel privileged to be able to live in the park again I really have missed it. I want to say that Mike amber and crew have been doing a great job at being park managers they are very kind respectfull and understanding people and I personally think they are doing a fine job. Change can be a hard thing to accept for some people. Please tell them to keep up the good work and to always keep a positive mind. Again I am super stoked to be living in the park again and excited to see what the future holds for this park.

This place is a bit of a work in progress. The new owners have big plans for the future — breathing new life into a mobile home park and converting much of it to an RV park — but it may take some time.

We spent a long weekend here with our travel trailer. Our site was a level, concrete pad on the south end of the park, with newly-wired electrical, water and sewer hookups. Everything worked perfectly. Our site was a little narrow and close to neighboring sites, but more site options will eventually be available. Wifi, club house and other amenities should also be coming soon.

From the window of our trailer, we watched 4-5 deer running, chasing and playing together. The managers, Amber and Michael, were very friendly and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay in Castle Dale.

Just spent 2 nights at Esquire Estates while attending a Geocaching event at Potters Pond. While the park is a work in progress I had a perfect spot with new elec box, sewer and water on a cement pad. Spot was deep enough for RV and car while also wide enough for slides. Amber the manager was very friendly while being efficient at the same time. The next time I find myself going through Castle Dale I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay in the area very enjoyable.
