Rose Ranch Resort is located at the north end of Marysvale, Utah just off Highway 89 in the middle of the Paiute ATV Trail. We are at the mouth of Beaver Canyon, with access to the Paiute Trail right out our back door. Beaver Creek runs through the resort and we have a lot of grass and area to play and relax. If you are looking for an ATV or 4wheeling adventure on the Paiute Trail, or looking for a nice comfortable place to relax, we have it at Rose Ranch Resort. Cabins, RV Spaces, ATV Rentals and easy access to the Paiute Trail, you found the right place.
The Paiute trail runs through Rose Ranch Resort. No crossing streets or driving along highways necessary to access the trail. We are on the Marysvale 02 Loop for the Paiute Trail!

Needed some special accommodations and the owner was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Riding in the area was outstanding! Pricing was excellent for all that we received. For sure going to visit again!
I did not stay at the resort but I rented a RZR XP 1000 UTV. First time riding a side by side. Could not been any happier with the machine and also with the service. Being a first timer I was afraid that I'd feel stupid while I was being "trained" on how to use the machine, but that was not the case at all. The return of the machine was also very easy. GREAT PERSONNEL!!! If/when I am back in the area, I'll definitely rent from here again!!
Perfect place to stay and play! Access to the Paiute trail system, the rentals provided were well maintained, and the rental cabins were a perfect place to rear after a day on the trail. I will be staying here again and enjoying the area more.
Gotta say, it works for me, dry camping. But, first rate service. I couldn't get in the camper door and office called him to come out from town and help... Sigh, this embarrassed 76 yr old, just couldn't turn the key far enough in the "right" direction. But helpful in other ways too. Will go back. Just an FYI, be careful coming in at night as there are two RV parks off the road, first one and then the Rose so just a heads up from one who spent the night in the first one. Ver to the Left fork in the road Very nice too, but out of my pricing.. fun, quick to town.
We rented 2 SxS ATVs and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff and owners are very friendly and recommended some awesome trails for us to explore. The ATVs were in great condition and were so much fun to drive. The trail system around Rose Ranch Resort is truly breathtaking and the towns offered some amazing choices to get some lunch.
