We enjoyed our month-long stay at Dockside despite some issues like occasional water shutdowns and septic system problems. The camp host, who communicated these challenges kindly, deserves credit. For those of you living in your RV full-time, there are no bathrooms or laundry facilities on site. The location is a hidden gem with a stunning bay view, conveniently close to Dauphin Island and Fort Morgan via ferry. Overall, a great experience with potential for improvement.

Hubs and I stayed for a week for our anniversary vacation in October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back again. The park is clean and well kept. The owners were on site and very friendly and attentive. We fished from the shore and off of the dock, watched the shrimp boats coming and going and you just can't beat the sunsets which were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Sabrina for a great stay!

5 stars. The people make the place. The hosts are so cordial, friendly, personable and welcoming. Absolutely gorgeous very large spots, viewing the water. I see reviews about bad water? We did not experience that. Smaller campers with no full bath/shower would need to know there isn't a bath house there but to us i did not at all affect our stay. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Dockside in January of 2024 for 5 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The park was clean, easily navigated and friendly. 2 major rainstorms occurred while we were there with no flooding or mishaps. Management was easily accessible and helpful. And the view is spectacular! We loved that it was a smaller park. Improvements are ongoing and expected to increase its capacity. Mobile and Biloxi are both easily visited and Dauphin Island was a lovely lunch visit.

It is a beautiful and peaceful campground with a beautiful view of the water on the Gulf of Mexico with its own pier. It has full hookup, swimming pool, free WiFi and did I mention it’s own pier. It is very clean because Sabrina goes around picking up any fallen branches and trash that people have thrown from their vehicles. This is the first campground that management (Sabrina) actually made us feel welcome and happy that we are here(other places made us feel like we should be thankful to be allowed to stay). The sun rises and sets are spectacular and can be watched from the double swing attached to a tree. We are impressed and are loving our stay here.
