Wind Drift Campground

Had a great off season stay here. Sites are close together and there are a LOT of sites. Empty all around our water front site mid-week late fall. Restrooms very clean and well maintained. Picnic tables weathered, glad we brought a tablecloth. Water very low. We were able to launch our kayaks from near our site. Great part of Lake Martin for paddling as narrower with coves.

The campsites were well placed with plenty of activities. There were a lot of lakefront sites. Three Bar internet. Bathrooms had been repainted and updated. *****

Loved it. Very popular but large enough to accommodate you. Plenty of activities. The trees provide lovely shade. The location does bring the name Wind Creek for a reason. You will have a nice breeze most of the time.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. The sites are spacious and kept up. The price per night including taxes was around $40.00. Wi-Fi was great. We have stayed here several times. They have several playgrounds, putt putt golf, archery range, volleyball, several bathhouses and laundry. The lake is beautiful. Very peaceful here. We will be coming back.

We love Wind Creek State Park Campground. We came here for a week every year for our kids fall break. The park is clean, the neighbors are nice. The campgrounds are always clean and nice looking. The lake is vast and beautiful.
