While you can make reservations, sites are "first come, first pick". We won't reserve individually picked spaces in advance.

Rural, No stores. No buses. No schools. This place seems to be deteriorating.
They dont clean bath rooms twice daily like south park. Also they charge for showers and pud...south park all utilities included in space rent and they dont charge for shower use in the shower rms.....
It's a beautiful spot in cedar trees. Looks like a pretty good RV spot. Looks like alot of permanent residences. Has a nice shower facility from the out side. (Haven't been in it just drove through park).
Needed an emergency spot for the night and tried to get in here. No one available on site or phone. Answering services were full on the phone so couldn't leave a message. Drove our tow through to at least check it out. Very tight quarters that would have been an issue with our class A motorhome to have driven through. Most trailers look like they have been there a very, very long time (run down and unkept) and I wondered if some could even be moved as cedar trees were growing big around them. I would be hard pressed to find a reason to stay here on any traveling. They take their pets across the street and don't clean up behind them.
Manager and landlord have very poor bookkeeping if you don't pay attention to your receipts they will try to say you owe them more and come up the reasons. I am moving but right now they have me hooked up with another unit another space and are overcharging me on my electric which is illegal. Very very bad place to live
