Great community with a diverse blend of friendly people. Lots of activities in the park daily which you’ll feel welcomed to join or simply do your own thing! Beautiful, mature landscaped resort with lots of amenities. Close to downtown Fort Myers, restaurants, shopping, etc.

We would never recommend this place to anyone. Even though you rent from the property owner, you have to register at the office, and they do not disclose all of the rules. Had we been informed of their rules before we rented a lot, we would not have wasted our time and money renting. We lost 1 1/2 months rent money. Close to $2000. Stay away from places like this that are run by an HOA. Also, they do not want kids here. It seems their is a group of people there that have nothing better to do with their time then to ride around on the golf carts and tell the office about things they do not like about people to get them removed. They seem to make up rules as they go to get summer renters out. Then, the office will inform the property owner, causing friction between the property owner and renter. This same thing happened to our friends that rented theirs. Now that we are gone from there the property owner next to the lot we stayed at is accusing our 2 little dogs that were fenced-in of digging up their plants. Their are wild animals that roam the property that most likely did that. They have zero proof they our dogs did anything. What a viral group of people that own property there. Never again will we ever stay at a place like this again. All we can say is renter beware.

The property is very clean, and the neighborhood is safe and secured with controlled access. Very enjoyable stay for 8 months. Perfect neighborhood for biking and morning walks🙂 Highly recommend 👌
