A great secluded resort located in an urban area. Staff is excellent and being surrounded by yachts and first class amenities is truly unique

I wish I could do better! Wanted to go here for a long time. Was a total bust for me! For 250.00 you’d expect more. The staff was very nice though! The on site pizza truck should be closed down! The pizza was paper thin! Could not even hold it! I could go on about the pizza but taste is subjective and everyone has different taste. Like the rv resort, was not happy with either.

Beautiful tropical luxury community for yachts and motorhomes. Tucked away in the back is a family owned pizza spot that serves Neapolitan style pizza. They have an outdoor patio where you can enjoy your pizza, and then you can take a walk around the community.

Amazing place to dock your yatch, and LAND yatch. We had spectacular views, quiet location in the heart of Ft Lauderdale on the water. Best feature is it is CARPETED, indoor outdoor grass. Soft on the feet, no bugs, no dirt, no grass. Even "pavement" is outdoor carpeting! Drains well, easy to park, grassy non buggy "grass". Low floating docks available for your kayak or surf board. Great pool, workout room, covered picnic area, quiet and peaceful. We are 38 feet towing large SUV. PLENTY OF SPACE. Nice area around coach, not crowded or crammed in. Staff is there if you need anything. It is pricey but well worth it. Hope to see some specials especially after upcoming additions of on site restaurant and new pool areas. We will be back.

Discovering this enchanting park transcends the outdated echoes of yesteryear in earlier reviews. Witness a transformative journey orchestrated by new proprietors who’ve effortlessly ushered this resort into a realm of unbridled splendor. Immerse yourself in meticulously groomed surroundings, where beauty unfolds in the intricacies of the landscape. Every facet of this haven has been meticulously attended to, reaching heights beyond expectation. Even the utility pedestals grace the scene with their aesthetic allure. Revel in the luxury of a daily morning ritual, as a seamless trash pickup adds a delightful touch. The hospitality of the staff is a symphony of warmth, going above and beyond by guiding you gracefully into your designated space. Fort Lauderdale beckons, and only in this RV resort shall I choose to bask in its charms on my next sojourn.
