One of the county’s earliest regional parks is this centrally located Designated Urban Wilderness Area with a campground and a disc golf course. Its 46.6 acres include cypress trees 250 years old and 100 feet tall.
Tent camping is not available at this time. The campgrounds at Easterlin are open to full hook-up RVs.
From jct I-95 (exit 32) & Commerical Blvd: Go 1 block W on Commercial Blvd, then 3/4 mi S on Powerline Rd, then 1/2 mi W on NW 38th St.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the narrow roads for larger RV's. Experienced drivers no problem or class B and smaller class c's. We had to dump our tanks and this park was open on Sunday's. Staff was friendly, $15 non-guest fee for RV dump. Sites were $50/night in season (now) with very limited availability. Close to entrance/exit, clean grounds, secluded RV sites, and dump site was off the main road so we were not hurried by others. Potable, non-potable and dump valve are easily accessible. Highly recommend! Easy access to park and on weekend the traffic was very light.
This place is beautiful. While I’ve not stayed there overnight, I plan to soon. Beautiful scenery. Multiple restrooms and showers. You can only stay for two weeks at a time. But I am looking forward to it. Serene
