Worst campground I’ve ever been to.
We’ve stayed there several times but now they are under new management.
The lady in the office is quite possibly the most miserable nasty person I've ever dealt with. Accused us of doing donuts in our golf cart on our last visit. (12 volt mini cart that couldn’t do a donut on a frozen lake.) she finally backed off and let us use the cart. She told us if we break any rules they would evict us.
Several other guests also told us that she was very difficult. The security gate broke and we were locked out, but fortunately one of the other guests was leaving and we were able to get back in
By driving in the exit. Nobody ever bothered to fix the gate, so they just left it standing wide open for the next three days in a so-called gated community. There’s plenty of RV parks and campgrounds in the area. I wouldn’t waste my time or money staying here again.
My family and I stayed at creekside for several months in 2023. We stayed for a few months in the winter then again in the fall. It was truly a wonderful place year round. We enjoyed meeting the winter crew and we made lifelong friends. In the fall we stayed in a casita spot and enjoyed the view of the pond, especially at sunset. The facilities are nice and clean and we enjoyed spending time in the clubhouse. We would stay here again.
