Great camp close to town with well spaced spots! Dwayne was very friendly and chose a spot for us overlooking the creek behind the site. Nice private patio built over the creek. We would stay again and highly recommend!

If you enjoy a deceptively peaceful place, then come on down. If you have an attraction for Karen's, you've found just the spot. If you enjoy seniors who love to watch you every minute and spy on you, then this is the place just for you.

They only suspiciously accept cash, no card payments. I guess to avoid IRS tracking. No background checks, no form to fill out, just cash.

I have two PUPPIES who need to play and no instructions were given about areas to take them so they could run freely. Karen, who owns the park, creepily watched me from her house on the hill. My puppies were enjoying freeplay, no one was around... until there was. Karen #2 came out with her pup, my pup approached, and she lost her cool and cussed me out. Accused me of my puppy biting her pup, which she didn't, she just was sniffing and was trying to be friendly and I couldn't catch her. She called Karen who owns the park, and I was immediately asked to leave. No warnings. No mercy. Days before Christmas. Was put out, over my puppy approaching someone.

Yes, it is peaceful. Until it isn't. This place is rid with Karen's.

Oh, and the signs are oddly placed. Two driveways. One that leads to owners and one that leads to the park. But the sign that says RV park is faced improperly and it causes delivery personell to go down the wrong driveway.

Is this place gorgeous, yes. Is there a nice open area to let dogs run and play? Yes. Is there someone watching your every move? Yes. Is there eviction without notice? Yes.

Enjoy. If you keep to yourself and have no dogs, this is the place for you.

Oh, and the washer and dryer are outdated, the wifi doesn't work, and it takes like 8 hours to do laundry. No coin system either. Just cash. #dontbesuspicious

It is oddly cheap and the payment amount had utilities included. So that was nice. Until it wasnt. Did not care that I had no where to go. Just, put out.

Now, I found a MUCH better place, much nicer, much more relaxed environment where no Karen's watch you. It is also much more beautiful. It has a river flowing all through the property and the owners are so KIND. Much more laid back and don't watch your every move. It is also 3 minutes from tallulah gorge, has so many fire pits and a NICE playground for kids. Cheap too. I'm great full she put me out so I could find this nice place and with kind people. #imblessed

Makes me feel so much better not being in a toxic environment where you have to be on pins and needles over stupid stuff. Oh, and my puppies aren't even 14lbs. They are tiny.

I'm scared to leave a review because I want to preserve this hidden gem lol! What an amazing stay! I was scared and hesitant because of the lack of information I could find online about this campground, we were on a big 9 day road trip with this being a 1 night stop. When we arrived, we realized we could have stayed here for a week and been super happy. Amazing views, great little creek that runs through the property, full hookups, and everything was well taken care of.

What a warm and hospitable place to rest for a night or a week or longer! It is peaceful and beautiful with a view of Currahee Mountain. The RV sites are spacious and some do have a concrete pad. The owners are precious! You will be well taken care of here. If you want to explore and especially if you have a Jeep or a similar vehicle, ask Dewayne how to get to the top of their Currahee Mountain.
