Stayed on site 32 in a 10 person tent. It was very quiet and beautiful up on a cliff overlooking Carters lake. Nice boat launch and clean bathroom facilities/showers. Had water and electric hookup which was very handy. Had a good size deck with giant picnic table. Also came with charcoal grill and fire ring. Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice couple day getaway to explore the area around the lake

Beautiful place and my campsite had a nice view of the lake. Beautiful sunset and the host even came by and introduced herself. That was a first. Very quiet and friendly place.

Great camping spot for families! The sites were great and great tree coverage. Beautiful views, just wish there was more lake access! Clean and accessible bathrooms. Easy drive to Ellijay.

Great ACOE site. It was our first taste of fall. 55 in the morning. The sites are on the bluffs in a very shaded area. You can see the lake through the trees. The bank in most places are too steep to climb to the water. There is w/e on site and a dump for the tanks. The roads are two lane rural mountain.
