From jct I-40 (Exit 364) & Hwy-95: Go 1/4 mi N on Hwy-95, then 1/4 mi W on Buttermilk Road, then follow signs 1-3/4 mi S.
Very nice campground hosts. It's very quiet at night. Love it here
Well a long time ago when the owners cared it was a awesome place to camp . But now seeing how it's all long term . The place is a dump. Campers there are all trash around it stuff everywhere. I will never go back there you can not camp there anymore due to all full time .
My father took us all on vacation in 1979. West Virginia, TN., Ga., Disney world... One night, late and searching for a place to sleep for a few hours, my folks saw a sign that said "Crosseyed Cricket". They drove in through the fog and found a spot. We were out early the next morning so we didn't get to see much, but 45 years later we still talk about it. (As opposed to the Yogi bear in Fla. that was terrible!)
When I was a kid some of my best family memories was camping here with my family we did it every year it was a wonderful time thank you for the wonderful memories I’d like to come back soon to visit
