THIS is camping! The owners are in the process of making improvements. The trees, the mountains, the friendly people plus full hook up make this campground one that I will come back to. If you are looking for a resort, don't come here. If you want peaceful camping this is the place.

My daughter and her husband parked their RV here, it's usually quiet and there are plenty of trees. No complaints 😎

This is a nice campground . I can only stay one month but the campground is beautiful. The neighbors that I have talked with have been very friendly. No loud noise at night, people actually show respect for each other. The lots are a decent size. I even had space to put up an exercise pen for my furry children. The lady in the office was very friendly at check in and remained that way until one of my Yorkies climbed out of his 4 ft tall play area. Her mood and attitude suddenly changed after that. I took 4 of the fur children out on their leashes for a walk and saw other fur babies tied outside. It was a major crime for mine to escape but OK for others to tie them outside. I know that mine escaping was not OK and I do try hard to keep an eye on him. The place is still beautiful, but a little attitude adjustment would be good. The lady hasn't spoken to me since my fur baby climbed the fence.... and yes I did apologize for him acting like a cat.

The owners have tried to make a go of this campground. But it is definitely in need of improvements. Lots of old equipment, even a camper that has been abandoned. I honestly think it's just more upkeep than what the owners can keep up with. Lots of mud due to the lack of gravel and the road is full of potholes. Just.not a very pleasant experience. In fact we paid for a month but left after 2 weeks when we found another campground.
